DayPlay includes full access to our six-acre property, featuring The Dogwoods, a 1.5-acre fenced woodland, plus six additional play yards. Fully supervised by trained behavior specialists who reinforce good manners and social skills throughout the day.

The Training Advantage
K9 Heeling started as a dog training company, and that's still at the core of everything we do. Unlike most daycares, our DayPlay program is run by trained behavior specialists who reinforce good manners, encourage healthy social skills, and offer real guidance throughout the day. A Structured Enrichment Program Unlike Any Other
Every week, our behavior specialists pick two enrichment activities to really focus on, each one thoughtfully designed to build confidence, reinforce obedience, and raise well-rounded, well-mannered dogs. One week your pup might be conquering the confidence course and solving food puzzles, the next they're scaling our tire mountain and practicing a calm group down surrounded by their friends. Some challenge the body and some challenge the mind, and every one helps your dog leave a little more confident than they came in.

More than a Daycare
We run close to 50 different enrichment activities at DayPlay, with your behavior specialists choosing two to focus on each week. From confidence building to nose work to real world prep, every single day here has a purpose behind the play.
Manners & Impulse Control
Leave it, taking food politely, waiting at gates and thresholds, and sharing resources without a fuss. These are the everyday manners that make a dog a joy to live with.
Confidence & Agility
The confidence course, tire mountain, balance beam, Dog Log, Dogwoods wheel, and teeter totter. Climbing, balancing, and conquering obstacles teaches your dog to trust themselves one challenge at a time.
Socialization, Done Right
New dog introductions, fence greetings, and polite hellos with unfamiliar people passing through. Structured socializing so your pup learns to meet the world calmly.
Brain Games & Nose Work
Food puzzles, Kong Wobblers, scatter feeding, and our famous Easter egg hunts. A good mental workout can tire a dog out more than a long run ever could, and these keep their minds sharp.
Real World Desensitization
Grooming, nail clippers, muzzles, loud sounds, the scale, even calm exposure to a controlled fire. We prepare your dog for the vet, the groomer, and life's little surprises before they happen.
Obedience That Sticks
Sit, down, place, recall, group downs, and whistle training, all practiced in a busy, distracting yard. We proof every command until it holds up anywhere, not just at home on a quiet afternoon.
Just For Fun
Bubbles, pool days, silly sounds, and tricks like hula hoop leaps. Because enrichment should make tails wag too.

Why We Evaluate
Because we are first and foremost a precision dog training company, our DayPlay program operates at a higher standard than typical daycare. Every dog who joins us becomes part of our K9 family, and that starts with really getting to know them. The DayPlay evaluation lets our trained behavior specialists meet your dog, observe how they interact with other dogs and new environments, and confirm that DayPlay is the right fit for their personality and needs. It also helps us keep our play groups safe, balanced, and enjoyable for every dog in our care.
