Mitch Fletcher
President & Training Director
From "purely positive reinforcement" training for Animal Planet to a decade studying under one of the most high level Military Working dog breeders and trainers in the world, Mitch has seen a thing or two when it comes to dogs.

With an underlying obsession of helping people to enjoy life; and a real life story of doing what you love as a "job", Mitch has created an environment built on respect, kindness, education, continual growth and hard work. Being a life long student of the craft he still continues his education by seeking out world class trainers and tirelessly studying best practices to then share with his team, his clients and anyone who will listen.
Andrea Fletcher
CFO & Sales Director
Andrea holds many roles at K9 Heeling and in life. She is CFO, Sales Director, Administrative Director, Mom of two beautiful girls, wife, dog mom...the list goes on and on. Nevertheless, Andrea is the backbone of the company, even if you haven't had the opportunity to see her in person, you have likely talked to her on the phone or through email :)

Prior to coming on-board at K9 Heeling full-time in 2018, Andrea worked as a Child & Adolescent Mental Health Therapist for 12 years. She continues to hold her MD LCSW-C and keep it current should she ever practice again in the future but for now her main focus is the dog biz.
In her free time, Andrea loves diving into her faith at a weekly Community Bible Study, being the best soccer Mom ever, and going on trips with family, friends and her amazing husband, Mitch.
