From "purely positive reinforcement" training for Animal Planet to a decade studying under one of the most high level Military Working dog breeders and trainers in the world, Mitch has seen a thing or two when it comes to dogs.

With an underlying obsession of helping people to enjoy life; and a real life story of doing what you love as a "job", Mitch has created an environment built on respect, kindness, education, continual growth and hard work. Being a lifelong student of the craft he still continues his education by seeking out world class trainers and tirelessly studying best practices to then share with his team, his clients and anyone who will listen.
